This alarm was a life saver for me the first year I bought it. I am a heavy sleeper and spinning around in a circle two times was enough to keep me from going back to bad. I would give it 5 stars but since I downloaded it on my new iphone 7 I am able to turn it off before it asks me to spin around. Therefore, I am back to going to sleep!!
